Human Hygiene Consultation (HHC) offers Occupational Hygiene Consultancy to industry and mines. We specialise in health risk assessment, occupational hygiene monitoring, hazard training and internal audits. All of which are specialised services required by the Occupational Health & Safety and Mine Health & Safety Acts.

HHC is accredited by the Department of Labour as an Approved Inspection Authority and a SANAS Certified Inspection Body, as well as by the Chamber of Mines, authorised to carry out workplace Occupational Health Risk Assessments and Occupational Hygiene Surveys. HHC is approved to carry out the following surveys: Noise, Heatstress, Coldstress, Ventilation, Illumination, Lead, Asbestos, Hazardous Chemical Agents, Ergonomic, Vibration and Biological Assessments.

The aforementioned specialised services are a legal requirement and can only be carried out by a registered occupational hygienist, accredited by the Department of Labour as an Approved Inspection Authority, and SANAS as Inspection Body. HHC (J.A. Human) is registered at the South African Institute of Occupational Hygienists (SAIOH) in the Occupational Hygienist Category.
